The cleaning service was very well done and the communication with the owner was prompt and very responsive. Though there was some last min back and forth in terms of fixing the exact cleaning time , the team came in early for the clean and closed it out.

I had my cleaning done yesterday and I'm amazed by how fresh my apartment feels. All the most damned places like glass wall in the shover, oven or kitchen surfaces previously covered with oil fallout - everything is squeaky clean now. And even though there were couple of - very minor - spots missed during the initial clean, once I mentioned it to the business owner, he asked the cleaning specialist to return right away and finish what's left. The pricing scheme is very attractive too: I took a lot of extras which I'm happy with (oven, cabinets, garden, balcony, etc) but it was possible to get basic deep clean for as low as 225 EUR for my 73m2 flat which is an insanely good deal in Amsterdam area. Communication on Whatsapp (which to me is the most convenient way) is extremely fast, helpful and friendly. I'm subscribed (with no commitment!) to be-weekly cleaning from Lotos because I'm really desperate for this cleanness to persist in my home. Highly recommended!

I took the move-in package. The apartment had lots of grease, dirt and dust after painting. I am impressed with the results after cleaning- spotless clean. It was really good service. These guys made my life way easier and provided a service in short notice as I was in a hard situation. I might consider to continue taking regular cleaning subscription later.
